CVB8 Terms and Conditions

1General Introduction

CVB8 (cvb8.pro) is an online gaming and Sports Betting platform. These Terms and Conditions apply between CVB8 and all of its users. References to "we", "us", or "the platform" mean CVB8, while "you" or "member" refers to any registered user of the platform.

These Terms and Conditions may be updated from time to time. CVB8 will notify members before any changes come into effect. Continued use of the platform after changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

CVB8's Terms and Conditions are developed in accordance with applicable laws in Bangladesh and international online gaming regulatory standards. The platform operates under a valid license, and all activities are conducted with full transparency.

2Eligibility & Account Registration

To open and use an account on CVB8, you must meet all of the following requirements. Failure to comply with any of these conditions may result in your account being closed at any time.

• You must be at least 18 years of age. CVB8 does not provide services to minors under any circumstances.
• Each individual may register only one account. Multiple accounts under the same person are strictly prohibited.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete. Accounts registered using false information will be terminated.
• You must keep your account password and login credentials completely confidential. You may not allow anyone else to access or use your account.
• CVB8 may request a copy of your national ID card or passport for verification purposes. Withdrawals may be restricted until KYC verification is completed.
• Online gaming must be legal under the laws of your country. Registration from restricted or prohibited countries is not permitted.

3Bonus & Promotion Terms

CVB8 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members. Each bonus comes with its own terms, and failure to comply with those terms may result in the bonus being forfeited.

• Welcome Bonus: A bonus of up to 100% is available on your first deposit. This bonus can only be claimed once.
• Wagering Requirements: Each bonus comes with a designated wagering requirement that must be met. Typically, you are required to wager 15–30 times the bonus amount.
• Bonus Validity: Each bonus must be used within its specified validity period. Any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled upon expiry.
• Referral Bonus: Refer a friend and earn a designated bonus. The referred person must be a genuine new member.
• Cashback Offer: Cashback is available at a set rate on weekly losses. The cashback amount and terms may change from time to time.
• Bonus Abuse: CVB8 reserves the right to cancel all bonuses and winnings if the bonus system is found to be abused.

4Payment & Transaction Rules

Deposits and withdrawals on CVB8 can be made via Mobile Banking, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted channels. Please ensure all transactions comply with our Terms and Conditions.

• The minimum deposit amount is BDT 500. The maximum limit is determined by your account level.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500. Withdrawals are typically processed within 1–24 hours.
• KYC verification must be completed before withdrawals can be processed. Withdrawals from unverified accounts are subject to restrictions.
• The mobile banking number used for deposits must be the same number used to receive withdrawals.
• CVB8 reserves the right to temporarily suspend transactions pending investigation of any suspicious activity.
• Any transaction linked to money laundering or illegal activity will be immediately blocked and reported to the relevant authorities.

5Betting Rules & Gaming Terms

CVB8 offers both Sports Betting and casino gaming services. Each section has its own rules. All bets and gameplay must comply with CVB8's Terms and Conditions.

• Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. However, CVB8 may offer a cashout option in certain circumstances.
• CVB8 reserves the right to void any bets placed at odds that were incorrectly offered due to a technical error.
• CVB8 may suspend any related bets if there is suspicion of match-fixing or result manipulation.
• If a disconnection occurs during a Live Casino game, the outcome will be determined based on CVB8's server records.
• The RNG (Random Number Generator) for slots games is audited by an independent third party in accordance with international standards.
• Placing bets from multiple accounts on the same event to gain an arbitrage advantage is strictly prohibited.

6Prohibited Activities

Any activity that violates CVB8's Terms and Conditions is strictly prohibited. Engaging in any of the actions listed below will result in immediate account closure.

• Opening multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses or promotions.
• Attempting to access the platform through hacking, viruses, or any other malicious software.
• Placing bets or playing games using automated bots or scripts.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another member's account.
• Impersonating a CVB8 employee in order to mislead or deceive other members.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity.
• Deliberately exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.

7Responsible Gaming

CVB8 believes gaming should be a source of entertainment — not financial stress or addiction. That is why responsible gaming is our top priority.

• CVB8 provides its services exclusively to individuals aged 18 and above.
• Each member can set their own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• You have the option to temporarily or permanently close your account via Self-exclusion.
• If signs of gaming addiction become apparent, CVB8's support team can refer members to professional assistance resources.
• CVB8 may impose restrictions on a member's account on its own initiative if suspicious behaviour is detected.

8Account Suspension and Closure

CVB8 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances.

• Violation of any part of the Terms and Conditions.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration.
• Failure to submit the documents required for KYC verification.
• If evidence of suspicious financial activity or fraud is found.
• Account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).

After an account is closed, you may submit a request to recover any legitimate balance. However, bonus balances and any winnings associated with a violation will not be returned.

You may request to close your account at any time. Please withdraw all eligible balances before your account is closed. Certain obligations — such as confidentiality and legal liability — will remain in effect even after the agreement ends.
